Spacious, modern and sunny house of 250m˛ perfect for family. Loft style. Our house has been recently renovated. It's very spacious, lighty and comfortable with a large living, a family kitchen with all appliances, a sunny terrace with BBQ grill,and a playroom for children. There are 5 bedrooms, two of thems with king size beds, and 2 bathrooms. House keeper.

Our neighborhood
We are located in Asnieres at the door of Paris 17e. Our house is near from the high street for convenient shopping, supermarket, cinema and you can find 3 restaurants in the street itself. It is a charming district with a village ambiance where we have a lot of friends who will be able to help you if necessary. Our house is only 7 minutes away by train from Paris Center : St Lazare Station, with easy access for museums, shopping and the main places in Paris. You are at a walking distance to Opera Garnier, Concorde Place, Louvre Museum and the main parisian department stores : Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. At Saint Lazare Station you find many buses and 5 metro lines to go anywhere in Paris. Our house is the ideal location for tourist wanting to rest after taking advantages of all that Paris can offer! We are a married couple with four daughters (16, 13, 11, 7). Jean-Marie is management consultant, Valérie is mosaic teacher. We enjoy travelling and we made already exchanges in Europe (London, Amsterdam, Brussels)with success. We will be very meticulous about your home.
