Our apartment was converted from an original photographer's studio into a beautiful duplex loft in the artistic neighborhood of Montmartre. It is in a secure building with digicode, gardien and is on the ground floor looking out onto an interior courtyard decorated with plants and flowers. On the ground floor is a large living and dining area with open kitchen. This main room has very high ceilings, beams and glass roof letting in lots of light. There is the main bedroom with 1 double bed as well as a large bathroom, housing washing/drying machines, bath, shower and sauna. Downstairs there is also a playroom/office - where we have a sofa bed (2 people) and there is a computer, indoor trampoline and basketball hoop, Wii. Upstairs are the children's rooms - 2 bedrooms with single beds and one smaller area with a small child's bed - can take a child up to say 10 years old - there is also a baby's cot. The children also have thier own bathroom with large shower and WC. Un ancien atelier photographe converti en appartement loft duplex - au rez de chausée une immense séjour qui a une hauteur de plafond de 5m, verrière et poutres. La cuisine équipée donne sur le salon. Ici se trouve la chambre des parents, une grande salle de bains (baignoire, douche, double lavabo, buanderie et sauna) et une salle de jeux avec ordinateur, canapé lit, trampoline, panier de basket et Wii. A l'étage il y a 3 chambres d'enfants (une avec un petit lit pour enfant jusqu'à 10 ans) + lit de bébé, douche.

Our house is situated in a quiet street nestled between the famous Rue Lepic and it's café Amelie Poulain and the lively Rue Abbesses. An amazing area with boutiques, restaurants, cafés and only 5 minutes walk up to the Sacré Coeur, Place du Tertre or down to the Moulin Rouge and 15 minutes walk to the fantastic shops of "les Grands Boulevards" - Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, etc There are several good bus routes which take you quickly to the Champs Elysées, Tour Eiffel or Louvre and good metro connections. We also have an underground private locked garage which we could make available if necessary. L'appartement est au rez-de-chausée dans un immeuble calme et il y a digicode et gardien - il donne sur un cour intérieur ou nous et nos voisins ont installé des plantes et des fleurs. Dans le quartier de Montmarte entre Rue Lepic et son café Amelie Poulain et le vivant Rue Abbesses avec ses cafés branchés, restaurants, boutiques. A 5 minutes on arrive à Sacré Coeur, Place du Tertre ou le Moulin Rouge et à 15 minutes à pied on arrive aux Grands Magasins - Galeries Lafayette, Printemps etc. Il y a des bus et metro à proximité pour facilement aller vers les Champs Elysées, Tour Eiffel, le Louvre, etc. Nous avons aussi un box privé pour une voiture qui peut être disponible. Claude is French and works in tourism, Sue is English and works in HR. We have been together for 19 years and have 4 children - a daughter 15, and 3 boys - 12, 7 and a 2 yr old baby. We are interested in a couple of weeks in France, Spain or Italy in the summer. Last summer we successfully completed 3 exchanges on the West Coast of America and are very excited to continue the experience this year. Sue est anglaise et travaille dans les ressources humaines. Nous sommes ensemble depuis 19 ans et avons 4 enfants - une fille de 15 ans et 3 fils de 12, 7 et 2 ans. Nous avons déjà fait 3 échanges aux USA l'année dernière et ça s'est très bien passé. Nous cherchons 1 ou 2 semaines en France, Espagne ou Italie cet été.
