86m2, 35m2 of livingroom in Hausmanien style bulding (1896), 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one for a kid), separated kitchen & toilets, bathroom with bath. The entrance is secure (caretaker, code & magnetic pass). 2 bikes available. Perfect for 2 to 5 people. The flat is located on the 6th floor and there is an elevator. The flat is sunny (living room sout-west) and quiet (bedrooms not on the street side). It is located in a lively residential area : there are lots of cafes and places to have dinner or just a drink. It's a great area to stay in Paris with kids and for more than a 3 days trip... it is good fun to have time to visit the city and have good time in green areas of Paris. Our flat is full of music, films, toys for baby and all you need to take care of a baby.

Full of public transports: close to subway stations Parmentier (line 3), Oberkampf(line 5&9), Goncourt (line 11), bus line96). 20 minutes far from Le Louvre, Opera, 30 minutes far from Champs Elysee, Eiffel Tower(with the line 9). 10 minutes far from le Marais (trendy area, Belleville Parc, and Canal Saint Martin (where Amélie Poulain likes to throw rocks in the canal… if tou saw the movie),10 minutes far from the Chinese area (full of very good restaurants and cheap shops pf everything !), 15 minutes far from Père Lachaise Cemetery (Jim Morrison), the Buttes Chaumont Parc, Bastille, 20 minutes far from Jardin des Plantes, Bois de Vincennes and the castle, and le Marais (hype area), 25 minutes far from Saint Germain des Prés. We are a mid 30's coople with a baby girl (1,5 year), living and working in Paris. We are having good fun here, our friends in the city. Eric is a journalist specialised in music. I, Valérie, am a consultant in urban and transport project management. We like to travel everywhere!!! We did our first exchange last summer in Denmark and it was great (have a look at the testimony). We are also planning to go to south of Europe during summer 2010 !
