The flat is sunny (living room sout-west) and quiet (bedrooms not on the street side). It is located in a lively residential area : there are lots of cafes and places to have dinner or just a drink. It's a great area to stay in Paris alone, for a romantic stay or vacations with kids for a medium or long stay... It is good fun to have time to visit the city and have good time in green areas of Paris. Our flat is full of music, films, toys and all you need to a family vacations.
