Lovely parisian apartment at the last floor of a high standing haussmanian building. Two rooms (one with a double bed, one wtih a simple bed and a baby bed, each room has its bathroom (one shower, one bathtub). There is also a simple bed in the living room. Both rooms and the living room have a wonderful view on the eiffel tower and the roofs of Paris.

Our neighborhood
Our apartment is situated in the 17th district, at Villiers station (wich is right down the building), near the Monceau Park, in a very typical parisian neighborhood. Our building is at the corner of the famous "rue de lévis" with its french market opened every day, and delicious caterers. There are also many restaurants, brasseries and cafés where you can have a drink at tables outside. The apartment is central and very convenient if you want to discover paris : it is 15 minutes walk from the champs elysées, Montmartre, the "Grands Magasins", and 15 minutes by subway from the Marais. We are a married couple in its thirties (sales manager and tv journalist), we have two (well brought-up!) children of 4 years old and 18 months. We are used to travel a lot.We are looking for an apartment in New York City to spend 5 nights in august (from the 10th till the 15th)before going to see my brother's family in Virginia, but our apartment will be available from the 1st till the 24th.  = marks the location of this home
