My flat is ideal for people who want to be in walking distance to most of the major sights. 100 meters for the Seine, 5 min to Notre Dame or 10 by foot Luxembourg Gardens. The Pompidou and the Louvre are just a bit further...though my flat is in the very lively Latin Quarter it's still quiet in the evening as it's in a small courtyard. I'm an artist and English teacher living outside of Paris so I can trade at your convenience. I will be traveling with my son (12) and my daughter (15) so I'm also interested in meeting other families or overlapping stays where my children can meet other children, speak English and have fun! I've traded my Paris flat for the following destinations and it's been a great trade every time: Santa Fe NM, Manhattan, London and twice at the Jersey shore. I'm also working on a third trade set up fpr the NJ shore the summer of 2011 and I'd like to stay in NYC for about 10 days before gong to NJ. I already have my plane tickets for this trip so my dates are really set for my NYC stay. You can see on my calendar the dates avaiable for your stay.
