We offer a large and outstanding modern appartment with terrace (where it is so nice to eat in summer!) in the heart of Paris. The flat has been renovated last year. We have four bedrooms, one with double bed and 3 with single bed. There is a living rooom with nice wooden floor (oak tree) and open kitchen. It's a very rare apartment in a typical art déco Parisian building. Our Period for exchange are the school holidays .

Incredibly good location, near by the Seine, 5mn walk to the Eiffel tower , les champs Elysées and les invalides. There is a lot of shops, restaurant , café and the so Parisian pedestrian Rue Clerc with his permanent street market. (1mn Walk)
