The apartment is located at Menilmontant (20th district), a nice, multicultural and bohemian quarter. There are three subway stations very close and bus who go across the city. There are a lot of velib' stations (cycles automatic rent) too. It is easy to go anywhere in Paris from our home. The residence is adjacent to the nice Belleville garden, with one of the best panoramic view of Paris and with good areas to play for kids. We are at 2 min walk from the animated and trendy Oberkampf street with restaurants, shops and bars. There are so many things to do and visit in Paris...we'll have a pleasure to give you a list from our favorite museums, gardens, areas, restaurants, and things to do! . ![]() Something about ourselves

We are a couple with a 7 years old boy. Maya works in a public library. Vincent is biotechnology engineer. Dan is our son. We are curious about everything and love to travel by the way of swapping houses. It gives a familiar sensation when you arrive in the city and we appreciate to give and receive many details about the cities and how to discover them. We have already done an exchange with Barcelona, Stockholm and New York, each time a nice experience. ![]()
