Our flat is nice,spacious, clean and very quiet. We can offer: A big living-room of 35 M2, 1 bed-room of approx. 12 m2 and 1 study of approx. 12 m2. An entirely new-bath room and a separate shower + WC with a washing machine and a dryer. A well-equipped kitchen where we eat every day. In spite of being in a central place,our flat is very quiet and we can hear birds in the morning ! The flat does not overlook the street at all and has 2 balconies, each one overlooking a small garden. We are on the 6th and last floor with a lift. We like our apartment and are very meticulous. We'll take care of yours and we expect from you to do the same for ours.

Our building is located 5 minutes from metro and bus stations. You have also the possibility to take a bike at every corner-street in the city. It's a good system in Paris. You don't need a car to visit Paris : within half an hour from us you can reach with the metro every place in Paris: operas, theaters, cinemas, museums, famous churches and nice gardens, beautiful streets. Everything is good to do in Paris, your only problem will be what to choose ! We have a lot of shops and supermarkets near us as well as many restaurants. There is also an open market twice a week 10 minutes by foot from the building. To resume, we are lucky persons !! Something about ourselves

I am Jacqueline, 69 years old. My husband, Reuven, is 72 years old. We are both retired and have 3 grown-up children who don't live with us anymore. We like music and specially operas. You will find a lot at home. We have books in French, Italian and Hebrew. We like very much the home-exchange system and made it already 19 times. We look forward to visiting new countries and may be flexible about dates of exchanges.We are also very interested in house safe keeping.
