Description of our house
[
![]() ]
Our home is set out on two floors. It is spacious and sunny, with a large bacony. Downstairs it has one living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen where all the family can eat, three bedrooms: one with bunk beds, two with single beds, a bathroom and wc. On the top floor there is a large double bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom with wc. Our apartment is located at the end of a quiet street on the top floor of a converted town house that was redesigned by an architect. We moved here from central Paris in summer 2006 and redesigned and renovated the apartment. Country house located in Normandy (125 kms) optional (June - Sept only). Huge garden maintained by a gardener, stunning river valley view, huge living-room with big fireplace, 4 bedrooms including a large romantic bedroom. The country house is not available in summer 2010 as it is being renovated.

We are located just 10 minutes walk from Porte d'Orléans metro station. From here you can be in the city center in 15 minutes. There is a bus that takes you from our house to the Latin Quarter, the Louvre, Opéra and Pigalle. Montrouge also has a Vélib station from where you can hire bikes. Montrouge itself is a pleasant, suburb with many shops, cafés and restaurants. There is a great local market at the end of our street held twice a week, selling fresh produce and typical French cheeses. There are also several local parks nearby for those with younger children. Something about ourselves

I am from Paris, my wife Flavia is from London, we have 3 children. I am a photographer and manager of a photo agency. As I used to teach English, the are a lot of books in the house, as well as children's DVDs. We love travelling and exploring new places and have lived in Asia. We have exchanged homes 3 times successfully since joining 2 years ago. ![]()
