Description of our house
Our flat is comfortable and quiet. The building is new, so it's secure, we don't hear neighbours, and it stays warm ! It has a cosy living room (see pictures), kitchen with all you need, a bedroom with kingsize bed (European strandart!) and an office where 2 other persons can sleep, bathroom.
Carpet everywhere, homecinema, computer with highspeed internet, small balcony, plants in the apartment. This flat has nice view over a magnificient 16th century building: St Louis hospital.

Our neighborhoodNear republic place, the flat is close to all transport accomodations (bus, subway line 2,3,5,8,9,11, cab station). It's located a street ahead from the Saint Martin canal, a famous walking aera along the water (you know amélie Poulain ?). market, food accomodation and good restaurant around.
A pleasant and central neighbourhood to live and a good place to stay !

Something about ourselvesWe are Nicolas (31) and Thomas (28), living here together for 4 years. Nicolas runs his own business in IT, and I work in HR for a NPO in Paris. We enjoy every moment of our life in Paris, conscious of the chance we have to live in a privilegied and ppositive environement.
