We offer a nice apartment in Paris (duplex). We have two bedrooms with a double bed. There is one living room with a sofa where 2 people can sleep , and a small kitchen. The living room and the kitchen are oppening on a terrace with garden furniture.

Our neighborhood
Our apartment is located on a quiet street, near the bank of the river Seine and the Bercy bridge, 5 min. walk to the National Library, 5 min. walk to the cinema MK2, 10 min walk to Place d'Italie where is a shopping center and 10' to the Cinemathèque in Bercy Park. We've got several supermarkets in the area. Our metro station CHEVALERET is going directly to Montparnasse in less than 20 minutes from home. Another station - 7 mn walk - BIBLIOTHEQUE F. MITERRAND will take you directly in a few minutes to CHATELET (center of Paris)... Something about ourselves
I am Françoise (55) and I work as an independant writer. We are experienced exchangers (15 years) and swapped with people from Italy, the United States, France, Argentina ... We enjoy travelling and have visited many places. We are open to any offer, and specially for long weekends in Europe (Berlin, Roma, London, Amsterdam...).
