We live a very nice and large apartment in a modern building, at the 3rd floor (elevator). 1 bedroom with a large double bed (220 cm x 160 cm). 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed (90 × 190 cm)and everything available for a baby: bed, bath, chair, games. 1 large living and dining room, with sofa (2 sleeps), table for 6, piano, library, large DVD collection and music. 1 bathroom with bathtub. 2 WC. 1 large kitchen. Wooden or tiled floor in every room. Internet broadband access, wifi, free telephone,plasma screen, cable TV with international channels, home cinema, DVD, Wii gaming console, desktop computer and color printer. A parking for one car under the building. 2 or 3 weeks exchange during summer holidays (August).

The apartment is located in the 11th district of Paris. It is very central and still, the neighborhood is quiet. We are close to the Pere Lachaise famous cemetery (5 minutes walk) and Bastille (15 minutes walk). A nice park (Roquette's garden) is in the same street. Close to Rue de la Roquette, with many stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. Several buses and 3 subway stations. Rental of bicycles or scooters available. Something about ourselves
