We have a stylish, charming and confortable large Parisian flat (125m2), 19th Century, with a large balcony in front of a square, a nice bow window, old wooden floors, a large dining and living room, 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with two single beds), 1 bathroom and a double sofa. We have Internet, DVD, stereo, a piano and an old cat named Jack easy to look after.

We are located in the XVIIème arondissement near a subway station ("Guy Moquet"), bus and taxis at 5 mn. Not far from Champs-Élysées and Montmartre. 20 minutes from Opéra and "Grands magasins" (by bus). 30 minutes from Saint Germain des Prés, Louvre and Notre Dame (bus or subway). There are a lot of shops near the apartement (supermarkets, "marchés"), movie-theatres, theatres, bars, "cafés" and restaurants (French and foreign cuisine). For children, we are in front of le square des Epinettes, not far from the parc Monceau, jardin des Batignolles, and Martin Luther King park (10mn). We have very nice neighbours. We have three children : Louis, 17 years old, Jeanne, 14 years and Judith, 10. We are both working in books publishing. I am also working as a movie maker (documentary). We have previously done more than 15 very successful exchanges the last 15 years (especially in Italy, USA, France, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, etc.).
