45 km south of Paris, in a small, quiet, historical village : a nice fully equipped and very practical house placed between two castes and with a 1500 sq.m. garden ending by a river and with games for children: with a big living room with fireplace and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a French door to a big terrace where you can eat, lazy, listen to the quietness; parents and two children bedrooms, a small living room with convertible couch that can be used as a spear bedroom.

Our neighborhood
We live in a very small and quiet village situated between two castles, yet close to everything: supermarket, train station to Paris (30 min), Versailles and Fontainebleau Castles less then one hour drive each, amusement parks (DisneyLand Paris at 1h drive, at least three more within one hour drive), animal parks (at least five 10 min to 1h drive), rollerblading, rock climbing, golfing, climbing trees, hiking, biking, horse riding... And if you are tired of going out, just lazy on the terrace or go fishing at the end of the garden. All child equipement is available as well as adult and kid's bicycles, rollers, fishing tackles, etc. Something about ourselves
A non-smoking couple (financial consultant and office manager) with two well behaved children aged 10 and 9. Please see our other propert 35842 in Bergerac. We have completed several wonderfull home exchanges over the last couple of years. For 2010 we are planning for a week or two in Ireland around end of July - begining of August.  marks the location of this home
