We have a spacious, bright and modern house. There are 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms : 1 shower room downstairs and 1 on suite shower room with bath in the master bedroom (bed with form memory). We have a large living room with a flat screen TV,cable/satellite, CD, DVD player, a piano, a dining room and a modern open kitchen. From the dining room, you can get access to a large wooden terrace, with a panoramic view of Lauzach. Outside, for the kids, we have a wood playhouse and a swing. Maison contemporaine, lumineuse composée d'une grande pièce de vie, 3 chambres, 2 salles bain + baignoire dans la chambre principale (lit à mémoire de formes), une cuisine équipée, séjour, TV écran LCD, câble/satellite, lecteur DVD, chaine Hifi et un piano. A l'extérieur, nous avons un toit-terrasse, une terrasse, un salon de jardin en teck, barbecue, balançoire, vélos à disposition. Le terrain fait 1500 m² avec une très belle vue sur le village.

We live in Lauzach, it's a small rural village. We are ideally situated, our house overhangs Lauzach with a splendid view. We are only 10 minutes away from the beaches and 15 minutes from Vannes. Vannes is a beautiful mediaval town with its ramparts, the marina. We are located in the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful places in Brittany. Nous sommes idéalement situés puique la maison surplombe la commune avec une vue magnifique sur Lauzach. De la campagne, vous passez en quelques minutes à la mer puisque Lauzach est seulement à 10 mn de la plage et 20 mn du Golfe du Morbihan; un des plus beau lieux touristique de la Bretagne. We are Laetitia (37)and Dominique (40), we are married. We have a small girl, Cécilia (8). My husband is liberal architect and I work with him. We practise horseriding, we like pets. We love to traveling, meeting people, ballads, the gourmet restaurants.Cécilia plays piano. We will treat your home with respect as our own and would expect you to do the same.
