We have three double bedrooms, one downstairs, two up. Downstairs we have a separate bathroom, and toilet, upstairs we have an en-suite shower room to one bedroom and a further shower room with toilet off the mezzanine. There is a single bed here, and also a sofabed although only recommended for use by a child. (Safe for a light adult, but that's up to you!) The lounge sofas are also real long & comfy and could provide beds for an additional 2 if you need.
The garden is totally south facing, providing sunshine from the minute you rise to the end of the day.
We have a garden kids pool available for summer use. Also, badminton and boules for use.
Whilst we have a TV and well stocked DVD library in the house, we do not have an aerial connection. Neither do we have telephone, but mobiles work well in the area. Wifi is also now available free at McDonalds & local Supermarkets (About 10 miles away).
We have four mountain bikes available for use, and the roads are ideal for biking.
The Loire region is fabulous in the Summer with lots of towns and attractions to visit.
A bar-b-que (We have two available for use) is the perfect way to end the day on the patio with a nice glass of local wine.
We are sorry we cannot offer you the use of a car as this is our second home, but one is essential. The house is about 2 hours from the outskirts of Paris via the A10, with access to international airports and car rental. We have three double bedrooms, one downstairs, two up. Our home is situated in a small village, approximately 2 miles from the local Town, with supermarkets, shops and boulangeries.

Tours is approximately 50minutes away by car, one of the Top Favourite Cities in France. There is also a small airport in Tours.
Paris is easily accessible either by car (2 hrs) or train.
The Vouvray wine cellars are about an hours drive away, and the local viticulturist is situated just 400m down the road! The house is on the regional wine route.

We are Paul and Alison, small business owners in the UK. Alison is also a qualified Netball coach & umpire, and Brownie Leader.
We have two older children who live at home (21 & 18), who rarely travel with us anymore.
We are respectful people and would look after your home as our own, and are very much looking forward to this opportunity. Our only main rule is that we are non smokers and would not permit smoking within our property.
