ENGLISH VERSION
We offer a very charming house built from typical stone. Our home is comfortable, clean and spacious. We have a splendid living room with a veranda over looking the garden, a large kitchen where all the family can eat, a study, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (one with one large bed, 2 with one single bed each. We can add another single bed in our son's room which is big, and also baby's bed). The garden is lovely and there is a swing and slide, a trampoline, a hut for the children... We will also lend you our bicycles so that you can discover the charms of our surroundings. Very close to the house there is a really nice river where you can canoe, sail and do some fishing. Please note: we do not accept animals because we have 2 loving cats and we would appreciate just a little of your time taking care of them !

Nous vous proposons une belle maison en pierres apparentes, très confortable et spacieuse. Nous avons une véranda qui donne sur notre très joli jardin, une grande cuisine où toute la famille peut prendre ses repas, une chambre avec lit double, deux chambres avec un lit une place. Lit supplémentaire d'une place et lit bébé d'appoint disponibles. Notre jardin est agrémenté d'une cabane pour enfants, d'une balançoire, d'un toboggan, d'un trampoline et d'une tyrolienne ! Nous avons d'ailleurs tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir de jeunes enfants.
Petite précision : nous n'acceptons pas les animaux car nous avons 2 adorables chats qu'il faudra nourrir. ENGLISH VERSION

We are in a beautiful location, near the river "Erdre" and only 15km from Nantes (15 mn by car), an historical place with its famous castle and charming buildings. Nantes is the biggest town in the North West of France where you can also find good shopping and nightlife if you are interested in that ! The region of Nantes is also famous for its vineyard with the "Muscadet" wine. We are also not far from the Atlantic Ocean (the famous seaside resort La Baule is only 1 hour by car) and from Brittany (Vannes, Rennes...: 1 hour by car). The town where we live is called "Sucé sur Erdre" it is a beautiful little port on the river "Erdre". In the neighbourhood: lake swimming, sailing, fishing, horse riding, golfing... There are really nice towns on the Atlantic Coast between 45mn - 1 hour from our house: Pornic, Piriac sur Mer, Guerande, Le Croisic...- 30 mn from the wildlife park "Planete Sauvage" in the south of Nantes, 1 hour by car from the amusement park "Le Puy du Fou" in Vendée and 2 hours by car from the amusement park "Le Futuroscope" in Poitiers.
We are also JUST 2 HOURS TRAIN RIDE FROM PARIS (TGV TRAIN) and 2 HOURS BY CAR FROM THE LOIRE VALLEY (CASTLES).

Nous vivons dans un environnement privilégié, près d'une rivière "L'Erdre" au calme, et pourtant à seulement 15 km de Nantes (la plus grande ville de l'Ouest de la France), une ville historique avec son fameux château des Ducs de Bretagne et son charme si particulier. La ville où nous vivons s'appelle Sucé sur Erdre et est un très joli port. On peut pratiquer la pêche, faire du canoé et de la voile, faire du golf et de l'équitation. A 20 km, il y a un lac aménagé avec une zone de baignade sécurisée pour les enfants. Nous sommes également très proche de l'Océan Atlantique (à une heure de route seulement de La Baule) et de la Bretagne. A 1h de route, de très jolies stations balnéaires pittoresques : Guérande et ses remparts, Le Croisic, Piriac sur mer, Pornic, La Baule, Vannes...
