We live in a modern house with 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 single) for 7 persons, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden. Garage.
In addition, we have a place in a parking lot (private and secure) in the center of Vienna, just 50 meters from the station.

We live in a calm and residential area of the roman city of Vienne. We are only 20 mn away from LYON by train. LYON, second city of France, is an historical city (UNESCO) wellknown for its italian architecture, churches, museums and gastronomy. You can visit, there, many cultural curiosities: the Renaissance district around St Jean cathedral, the ancient site of Lugdunum...the traboules (indoor passageways with spiral stairs, courtyard openings on the first floor gardens...) We are a short drive away the very famous wine of Condrieu and Côte Rotie (10 mn) Vienne is a central south east french city located near the Alpes (2 hours drive), Paris (2h30 by train) and the mediterranean seaside (2h30).
Nous habitons dans un quartier calme et résidentiel de VIENNE, à 2 km du centre ville. Vienne est une ville gallo-romaine de 30000 hab., située à 30 km au sud de LYON. LYON,inscrite au patrimoine de l'UNESCO, présente un grand interêt touristique de part ses monument, son important quartier Renaissance, sa gastronomie. De Vienne, on peut s'y rendre en train (20 mn) ou en voiture (30 mn). Les amateurs de bon vin pourront aller en 10 mn dans les vignobles de Condrieu et de la Côte Rotie. We are a 4 persons family. Pascal, 46, is a computer scientist. Florence, 44, works in a bank. We have 2 boys, Vadim 15 and Dimitri 13. We really want to exchange houses in order to visit many countries. We are fond of architecture, cultures and we would like to meet new people everywhere in the world. We would be very happy to advice people coming to our house.
