We live in a brand new wooden house, very roomy and lightful as it is south oriented. The garden and the terrace are really nice and private. It's rather modern inside. We tried to make it environmentally friendly, it's a bit of a revolution in the small Breton village where we live, with all these old stone houses! The village itself is quiet and surrounded both by countryside and by Saint Michael Mount Bay.Nous habitons une maison ossature bois que nous venons de faire construire. Elle est très lumineuse et très agréable car elle est orientée plein sud et donne sur un jardin sans vis à vis. La maison est confortable et spacieuse, de style plutôt contemporain, respectueuse de l'environnement. Nous sommes au coeur d'un petit village qui surplombe la baie du Mont Saint Michel (10 min).

Our house is ideally located so that you can visit both Brittany and Normandy. Saint Malo, Dinard and Cancale on one side, and the Mont Saint Michel, Cherbourg, Caen and the memorial, Omaha Beach and other beaches where the WW2 landings took place... There's lots of things to see and do. We also leave our two cars, the bikes ands even the two kayaks to our guests.La maison est idéalement située pour visiter à la fois la Bretagne et la Normandie.Saint Malo, Dinard, Cancale et Rennes d'un côté et de l'autre le Mont Saint Michel,Caen,le Mémorial, les plages du débarquement, Cherbourg... We're two newly-weds aged 30 and 35, quite sporty and adventurous. We've wanted to try home exchange for a long time. Now that we have our own place, this wish comes true. We'de like to meet people and discover news ways of life. We're now more than ready to lend our house to various people, young, families, or seniors. The house can fit all needs and desires, or so we hope! We've just had a baby boy in September, so if you have some baby stuff, that's even greater. We've had two great exchange experiences already and we're eager to travel more !Nous sommes un couple de jeunes mariés de 30 et 35 ans, dynamiques et à l'esprit d'aventure. Nous souhaitons faire l'expérience de l'échange de maison depuis longtemps pour pouvoir rencontrer des gens et découvrir différents modes de vie. Nous sommes désormais propriétaires de notre maison écologique que nous serions ravis de prêter à des personnes de tous horizons, jeunes, familles ou seniors. A noter, nous venons d'avoir un petit garçon, donc si vous avez un peu de matériel chez vous, c'est encore mieux! Nous avons déjà fait deux superbes échanges (NYC et Lot et Garonne) et sommes impatients de pouvoir repartir.
