Notre maison est bien située pour visiter le Midi, à 10 mn de Montpellier et à 5 mn des plages du Languedoc. La région est très touristique, mais la maison est au calme, dans un jardin clos, avec une belle terrasse. Our house is perfectly located in the South of France, near Montpellier close to the long and sandy beaches of Languedoc. The area is quite lively, but our house is very quiet, with an inclosed garden and a useful parking lot off the road. The living room and the kitchen open onto a wide terrace, quite plaisant to have your meals outside during Springtime, Summer and Fall. The bedroom and the bathroom look onto the garden. Our house is not very large but you will find all the comfort you need. You will find the nearby malls to do your shopping.

Pérols est un village situé entre la mer et Montpellier, typique de notre région, avec une tradition tauromachique digne de la Camargue toute proche. Montpellier est la capitale du Languedoc, une région qui devrait réjouir les amateurs d' histoire, d' art et de festivals: dès le mois de juin, les festivals se succèdent, festival de danse, de musique de niveau international. The house is located in a little and typical village ten minutes drive from Montpellier which is the historical capital of Languedoc. The town of Montpellier was established in the 9th century, its university is the oldest one in Europe. It's very interesting on an historical and cultural point of view. In June and July many musical and dancing festivals take there. You can also visit many Museums in the surroundings. If you are interested in Antiquity, you are quite near to the Roman sites of Nîmes and Arles in Provence. But if you prefer sea and outdoors activities, you will find what you are looking for at the seaside resorts like Palavas-les-Flots , La Grande-Motte and Le Grau-du-Roi. You will be able to swim, fish, go windsurfing, kitesurfing, ride horses or bikes, play golf, go to the typical French restaurants and enjoy the night life in the discos. Something about ourselves

Nous sommes Alain et Line, nous sommes revenus en France après avoir passé 4 ans en Nouvelle-Calédonie. Nous adorons les voyages et les rencontres. Nous sommes très respectueux du bien d' autrui. Nous prendrons soin de votre maison comme si c' était la notre. Alain is a recently retired English teacher, he taught in Ireland, Africa and New-Caledonia which is a French island close to Australia and New-Zealand. We both love travelling, meeting people and discover different ways of life. We'll take care of your house as if it was our own. We don' t smoke and are quite respectful of people' s property. We' d like to exchange our house with you, if you are ever interested to visit the South of France at this time or any other time because our house is secondary home and the exchanges can be therefor non simultaneous. Nous avons fait plusieurs échanges en Australie au cours de l' été 2010, ce qui nous a permis de rencontrer des gens merveilleux.
