We are living in Garches, nice medium town (18000 people) 15mn far away from PARIS by car. Located in the nice West part of Paris, at 15 mn drive from Porte Maillot, 20mn drive from Arc de Triomphe and 30mn from Place de la Concorde.
VERSAILLES downtown and its Castel is only 15 minutes far from home by car. Members of our family are living there and would be happy to welcome you there when you will be visiting the place.
We propose home exchange (not car exchange):
Spacious family house of 200 M ² on 2 floors, built in 2003 on a ground of 600M ².
Large lounge & dining room of 60m ² with great view on the flowery garden.
Specific room to watch TV and use computer, with a sofa.
American cooking kitchen equipped with bar to have breakfast/lunch.
1 bedroom with double bed & adjacent shower.
2 bedrooms with child's simple bed each.
1 teenager's bedroom with double bed
1 teenager's bedroom with 2 simple beds side by side
1 sofa bed of 2 sleeping around if necessary in the dining/lounge room
Big Bathroom with bathtub.
1 toilet by floor.
WASHING MACHINE, DISH WASHER, DRYER.
Sunny exposure all day long. We are situated in the Parisian smart West, in 15 mn by car of Paris, 10min from Bois de Boulogne and 15mn from the Castle of Versailles. Big natural forest and Saint Cloud national domain at 5mn by car or 10mn by bike.
Near immediate: golf; tennis; swimming pools;
Transport: rail station at 5 mn by car or bus or 15mn by walk. You are in15m away from the center of PARIS (Gare St Lazare).

We are both HR Directors and are working close to Paris.
We have 4 children from 4 up to 17 years old; we like our environment between countryside and city. We take out regularly in Paris, and have some reliable baby-sitters (if needed and if available on your dates she may bbsit your kids).
We practice sport, take advantage of woods around the town and like making BBQ the summer in the garden, in the shade of the pergola on the terrace or even gardening.
