Our home was built six years ago; it has an easy going style, with a lot of light. Large living space, including veranda which gives onto a sun-deck, and garden. 3 bedrooms each with their bath/or shower. Two with a queen size bed (or 2 separate twin beds), and one with twin beds on a mezzanine (convenient for a teenager or young adult only). Two separate toilets. Modern kitchen with all appliances. Lease of 4x4 Nissan recent car.

Our neighborhood
RUEIL MALMAISON is West of Paris, it is a highly residential area, a quaint little town only minutes from Paris. The town is well known thanks to the Chateau de la Malmaison, where Napoleon once lived. It is also only a 20 minutes drive to the Chateau de Versailles. Walking distance from town center, market place, all local shops. Shopping center 5 minutes by car. Metro connection to downtown Paris: 15 minutes Something about ourselves
We are Carolyn and Michel, a married couple newly retired. Michel was a C.E.O. of Paris exhibition center. Carolyn was bilingual secretary. Carolyn is english born, so we can correspond easily in English. Michel speaks good English, Spanish and German. Michel likes golf, sailing. Have already had 3 successful exchanges thanks to Home for Exchange.
