Our apartment has the kitchen and the living room in the same room. There is a big couch that becomes a bed for 2 more guests. There is a LCD tv with satellite and a DVD reader (you can listen to music too). There is a double bed and treadmill in the bedroom and a little balcony. The toilets are separated from the bathroom which has a washing machine and bath. This is 1st floor apartment. It has a large view from the balcony over the countryside and the quiet parking.

Our neighborhood
It is a very calm and quiet area very close to Annecy downtown (10 min). There is a bus stop 100 meters from the house and a bus running every 15 min. The area is very good for long walks or ride bike or rollers next to the house. Annecy airport is about 2 minutes by car (only national flights between Paris Orly) where you can also rent a car. There are many little shops 200 m away (bakery, pharmacy, newspapers, tobacco, etc...). Annecy is a well known city (35 km south Geneva) for its beautiful lake in the French Alps, its romantic arches and gardens, its lovers' bridge, its castle, the old prison and many other sights. You could try our very good traditional regional meals such as tartiflette, fondue or raclette and very good cheese. There are many ski resorts (one hour away for the closest) and nice beaches for summer! Something about ourselves
We are a couple since 3 years. Luigi is italian and I'm from the region. We both work (exports & sales). We love to go out, restaurants, bars, visit friends and family. We would like to travel more in the future. Exchanging apartment is a good way to travel. We are easy going, down to earth, very responsible, clean & respectful.
