A beautiful large chalet with one of the best senic views in Morzine.
4 large bedrooms , 1 ensuite with super king size bed, 2 double bedrooms (1 could be made as a triple) and 1 with twin beds. Large open plan living and dining area with large open fire,huge glass doors leading onto a balcony with the most amazing views and outdoor oven,barbeque and decking area.
A mezzanine on the first floor which we use as a kids den with TV , wii, x box etc. 2 large sofas which can be made into 2 beds also. Kitchen with micro wave, coffee machine etc.
Wifi ,sky etc. large garage and laundry
2 minutes into town driving (10 minute walk ), 90 minutes from Geneve, 60 minutes from Chamonix, 90 minutes from Annecy.
A fantastic place to explore the area .
Amazing skiing resort with immediate access to the very famous Porte Du Soliel area, one of the biggest skiing areas in the world !!
In the spring and summer there are lots of activities, one of worlds top mountain biking resort,hiking, para gliding,sailing,brand new indoor swimming pool in the centre just 2 minutes away and out door lido with gardens, 90 minutes away from The Aquapark in Switzerland . There's just so much to do whatever season. Minutes away from beautiful lakes to swim and picnic at .

We have done house swaps before and it has opened up a whole new adventure for us !!!
