Our house is located in downtown Bordeaux next to a 14 ha park.
It's a very comfortable typical 1930's house with 3 bedrooms. One for 2 adults with ensuite bathroom.
Another one for one adult or teenager with ensuite shower room and a third one for a child. It has been fully renewed 3 years ago. 2 separate WC.
One free private parking space available in front of the house which is very convenient downtown !
It's our house, so fully equipped with central heating, WIFI, washer, dryer, electric oven, induction, steam iron, hair dryer, cable TV etc...) Large collection of DVD available. We also have a 25 sq meter sunny terrace. Our daughter is 21 months old, so the house is safe for a child. We also have all her toys available for a family willing to come over with a child around her age !
Cleaning lady available on request as well as baby sitter. Even during summer time. Our house is located in downtown Bordeaux next to a 14 ha park.

We, Stephanie & Pierre are a happy and enthusiast couple in our early 40s. Stephanie graduated from Architectural School, and Pierre is working as manager in the automovite industry.
We have one daughter. Sometimes she travels with us, and sometimes she stays with her grand mother & father. We just love the concept of swapping house.
We are very tidy people who will take good care of your home. Of course we do expect the same from our fellows exchangers.
