Beautiful 320m2 recently renovated home in a "Provencal" sourrounding with its warm ochre and yellow coulours surrounded by a garden with olive and palm trees and bananas plants giving that final "Provence" touch over looking therelaxing pool area .In a restful countryside alongside with the sound of birds and cigalles singing in summer. With large openings thus allowing light and sunshine in overlooking the large modern classy decorated rooms with designed and created furniture specially adapted to each room by local artisans adding that final relaxing cosy finishing. House is composed of 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms (I with shower and I with bath and 3 separate WCs), 3 bedrooms, 2 living-rooms (I visitors lounge and 1 tv lounge),1 large home cinema alongside with 100m2 terrasse with pool house in the garden area having its own shower, mini kitchen and outdoor barbecue.

Well situated in a small peaceful calm village/town not far from the city centre. Nearest shops are less than 5 kms, with the Supermarket being only 3kms away. 45 kms are The Swiss Alpes referred to as "Vercors" mountains for walks and historical site seeing monuments. Alpes Ski stations or Geneva itself being only 2 hrs drive . Paris by TGV (Fast Train) being 2H05 and the house itself is only 10 minutes from the station and 5 minutes drive to the motorway/highway access (A48)(A7) . Lyon is 1 hr drive and Marseille and the Mediterraen are 2 hrs drive The area is surrounded by the vineyards " l'Hermitage" and many very nice wines, red, white, and pink wines of the Vallée du Rhone.
