Brand new 2008 flat, fully equiped with all the latest goodies, parents bedroom with queen size bed in suite with its bathroom, 2 other children rooms with lots of toys,and second independent bathroom, large terrace with BBQ, in sunny south of France. Our flat is very comfortable and bright, absolutly no noise around except the birds even if we are a 5 min by car of city center.

Surounded by individual houses, we are in the Drome state, touching the montains of Vercors, ideal for hikking and site seeing, surendered by midieval castles, 50 minutes from the first ski resort (Villard de lans), one hour drive from Grenoble, Lyon, Avignon and la Drome provencale and le Luberon (isle sur la sorgue,world famous Antiquaires, grignan...). Just cross the bridge to the wild country side of beautiful Ardeche. Also the city of one of France best restaurent 3* pic-valence.com, (3 months ahead reservation required) Two hours TGV train from Paris. Two hours driving to the french riviera, Marseille, Nice, st tropez.... Valence conviniently situated as above described, is a mid size city of 100 thousand people with all what's needed, and driving in any direction for 10 minutes will put you in the country side, then mountains. In summer time acces to many swimming pools around, and you will enjoy river swiming our kayaking in the Drome river between Crest and Die. 2 hours direct Train From Paris Center or its airport. And 1 hour train or car from Lyon airport. Valence has its own TGV train station 10 min from our house, with direct access to the above airports. We are a 40 years old couple with two kids 10 and 13 years old boys. Laetitia is a school teacher and I, Sylvain am in real estate and interiour decoration. We both love traveling and have already been quiet around, but spend most of our free time visiting places.
