Our house, situated in the middle of a park of 4000m² with trees,our house is spacious and decorated in the contemporary style. On the ground floor, the living room has a view over the park, very Brighten up , widescreen HDTV LCD 42'', internet, all the equipment is new, one office, kitchen well equipped, one bedroom with a double bed and a piano, a bathroom with spa bath and one water-closet. One terrace facing south with a table and some chairs. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with in each a double bed, one bathroom but not useful because in renovation .

We live Léhon;in a residential quarter , Léhon it's a small town with a beautiful abbey and an old castle, and very close to Dinan which is a medieval city and very touristic. Mont Saint Michel is at 1 hour by the road, Saint Malo & Dinard at 35 min, and the Brocéliande wood at 1 hour too. There are several golf at 30 km around, an outdoor swimming pool heated at Léhon and the beaches are at 20 km. We live in a residential area which is very quiet and pleasant to live.
