Our house has a kitchen opened on the garden, a living-room with TV, sofa, carpets. Upstairs an office with internet, a sofa, a desk, and a library, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilets included. On the second floor, an other bedroom with a bathroom and toilets included. It's a very nice and clean house so if you are smokers, please, smoke outside! A cleaning lady comes once a week.

The house is situated in a quiet street, neighbours can help you. The city offers all accomodations. In ten minutes by foot, you go to the city center. In ten minutes by car, you drive to supermarkets, cinema, swimmingpool, sandy beaches and fishing harbour. You can visit a choice of historic towns as Rennes, Dinan, StMalo, Mont St Michel in one hour's drive. If you want a little trip to Paris, you only need 3 hours by train (TGV). My wife Sylvie (45) doesn't work. I'm Jean-Michel (53). I'm the school supervisor of the French school in Moscow. So the house is free troughout the year.
