We have a big house (7 rooms) located in a blind alley, the neighborhood is very quiet, there is no traffic and it is not dangerous for children. There is a small enclosed garden.

We live in a town near the sea. You can go on "Google earth" to see better.( Saint-Brieuc) It is the sea, the city and the campaign. The closest beach can be reached approximately in ten minutes by car. We can also go by foot to see the sea close but there is no beach, it is a reserve of birds in this place. The region is very touristic; there are many things to see within a one hour by car radius, for example the Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint Malo's port... Stores and places to make purchases are very close (less than 1km) There is a very big market where we can go by foot. It is possible to walk on numerous tracks from the house. We are seven in our family: the parents Domitille (49 years old ,sport professor in high school) and Jean-Michel (53 years old, head of educational service for teenagers in trouble) our children: Siméon 24, Honorine 22, Jonas 18, Cyprien 15 and Salomé 10. We lend our house since several years but only since three years with internet. We went twice in Germany and once in Italy. It has always been very good exchanges and even the opportunity to create new connections. Our two eldest children are student and do not come with us anymore. So we are five for this exchange. Of course there are many other activities possible like sailing (you can rent a boat), golfing... If the weather is bad (that's possible), there is a big cinema with 9 rooms also in 10 minutes by car. Our house is appropriate for a family thus there are no breakable knickknacks. We always paid attention in house where we were. This mutual trust is also a learning of the life for our children. We are satisfied with contacts that we made before and after these stays.
