Royan is one of the best Sea resorts of the Atlantic coast. Our appartment overlooks Pontaillac beach. You have all conveniences around (you don't need a car). The Casino is at 30 meters, beach also. A very lively area. Close to down town : fitness center with spa, harbour, and all convenience of a all around year lively town.
By boat: Cordouan light house.
By car: golf 10mn - Zoo: 15mn - Grands Crus Classés (Bordeaux wines) : less than 1H - Cognac: 1h - Wines and "chateaux de la Loire": less than 3h - Paris: 4h by train -Lots of things to see on our personal website (culture, sightseeing, sports)
Ryanair : regular flights from London Heathrow - Oslo -to La Rochelle (1 hr drive to Royan).
It's a lively area.
