Our house is comfortable and welcoming. When you come in, you enter a living/dining-room with a large table and a big couch. The room has French doors that open onto a south-facing terrace and a closed garden with flowers. The kitchen (next to the dining-room) is recent and functional, and you can also eat in it. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed, 2 children’s bedrooms and a study with a sofa bed) and a bathroom with toilet. We really enjoy living in this house, and we think it is ideal for a family. You can easily use our equipments for young children and baby and there is a lot of toys!

We live in a small residential area directly outside the city and close to nature. We get along with our neighbours: the neighbourhood is very welcoming! Shops and city buses are 200 meters away from the house. And you’ll need to drive only 15 km to go to the sea and the famous D-day beaches! We live just outside the city of Caen, where you can visit William the Conqueror’s castle. Just one kilometer away from our house, you’ll find a beautiful park full of flowers, with Norman farm animals. And if you’re interested in history, you can visit the famous Caen-Normandy Memorial (Centre for history and peace), which is also very close to our house. In the region, you can discover many attractive tourist sites (visits, hiking, bungee jumping…). And if you drive one hour and 45 minuts, you can admire the marvellous Mont Saint Michel! We are a couple with 3 children. Nicolas (32) is an engineer in the industrial sector, Marie-Bénédicte (28) is a neuropsychologist and works with disabled children. Mathis is 5 years old, Soline is 3 and Lucile has born on the 13th may 2012. We made already an exchange previous summer and it was a real success. We want to please the people who will come to our house, and we hope that they will take care of our belongings. We will also be very respectful of your house! We would like to find a family with which we would have a good contact, so that the exchange can be done with complete confidence. We like travelling and meeting new people ! We have 2 cats and fishes, we take care of your animals with pleasure.
