- We would love to go into an europeen 's capital and just for one week by the end of august. We'll be only 2 persons this time

Our house is a cute 85 m2 townhouse built in the traditionnal marseillais's style, plus we've got a nice 70 m2 terrace with palm and olive's trees and also a 15m2 guest-house on the terrace.
On the ground floor, there're kitchen, lounge and dining room, all organise as an open space which gives a pleasant brightness to the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are 1 double adult's bedroom and 1 single child's bedroom, included bathroom and toilets.
The 3rd bedroom used as a teenage's bedroom (bathroom and toilets included) is a 15m2 guest-house located on the terrace .

Notre maison est une jolie maison de ville construite dans la pure tradition marseillaise.
Elle fait 85 m2 avec une belle terrasse arborée (palmier et olivier) de 70 m2 et une dépendance de 15m2.
Elle comprend, au rez de chaussée, une pièce unique ou se trouve le salon, la salle a manger et la cuisine.
La pièce principale est ouverte sur la terrasse, ce qui donne à notre maison une belle luminosité.
Au premier étage, il y a 2 chambres, une adulte avec 1 double lit de 160 et 1 enfant avec lit simple + 1 salle de bain et 1 WC séparés.

The house is situated in town nearby the beaches of Marseille (second town in France after Paris).
10mn walk from the first beaches. Smalls shops like french bakery, butcher, fruit/vegetable store, flower shop are just around the corner.
It will take you 20 mn by car or bus (wich is just around the corner too) to reach The famous "Vieux port" and well known church called "la Vierge de la Garde" or marvellous "calanque of Marseille".
We are surrended by 2 beautifuls parks, "la campagne Pastré" (including horse riding) and "le parc Borely" (including golf) both situated at 15 mn walk.
If your are keen on sport's beach we advice you to go to "la plage de la Pointe rouge"(15 mn walk), there is good opportunities to practice wind surfing, storm sail, catamaran, kayak or sea diving. And at the same place there is also, at night, good atmospheric restaurants and clubs around.

We are a family of four. My husband, is a doctor/osteopaph and I'm a free lance graphic designer. We have 2 lovely daughters 21 and 14 yrs old. It's always a plaisure for all of us to travel anywhere and to discover new country. After few exchange's experiences, we think it's the best way to travel. By the way, we love pets but my husband is allergic, so I'm afraid it wont be possible to bring them here.

Nous avons déjà plusieurs expériences dans l'échange de maison et nous pensons que c'est la meilleure façon de voyager .
