Nous avons un bel et grand appartement au coeur du centre-ville de Carcassonne, à environ 15 minutes à pied de la merveilleuse Cité de Carcassonne. L'appartement est exposée plein sud et donne sur la cour privative de l'immeuble composé de 5 appartements. L'appartement est composé d'une belle cuisine spacieuse, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle ouverte sur la salle à manger. Le salon est très agréable et confortable.Le canapé se déplie et peut être utilisé en lit 2 places confortable. Il y a 3 chambres de 18 m2 (avec salle de bain), 13 m2 (chambre enfant) et 12 m2. Il y a 2 salles de bain dont 1 située dans une chambre et équipée d'1 baignoire, d'un lavabo, d'1 WC, l'autre salle de bain est équipée d'une vasque, d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un WC séparé. Un patio de 10 m2 aménagé et équipé d'un barbecue vous permettra de vous détendre. Un point d'eau est également présent dans le couloir menant à deux chambres. We have a beautiful and big apartment in the heart of the city center of Carcassonne, in approximately 15 minutes by walking of the wonderful Medieval City of Carcassonne. The apartment is due south explained and looks onto the privative court of the building consisted of 5 apartments. The apartment consists of a beautiful spacious, very well equipped and functional kitchen opened on the dining room. The lounge is very pleasant and comfortable. The sofa unfolds and can be used in bed 2 places comfortable.We have three rooms : 1 parental suite, a room with a bed 140 cms, and a child's room with a bed in 140 cms( or a cot bed). We have two bathrooms.

Nous sommes situés en plein centre ville de Carcassonne, à proximité immédiate (à pied) des magasins, épicerie, boulangerie, marché, canal du Midi (classé au Patrimoine Mondial de l'Unesco)etc. La Cité de Carcassonne, classé au Patrimoine Mondial de l'Unesco se situe à environ 15 minutes à pied. Un petit train touristique ou des navettes vous permettront également de vous rendre à la Cité. Carcassonne se situe également à environ 70 km de la mer (45 minutes), 130 km de la montagne (1h30), 200 km d'Andorre (2h), 100 km de Toulouse (45 minutes), 120 km de Montpellier (1h). Vous pourrez également visiter de nombreux villages cathares situés aux alentours de Carcassonne. Le site touristique de la ville de Carcassonne : http://www.carcassonne.org We are situated in full city center of Carcassonne, near immediate (on foot) stores, grocer's shop, bakery, market, Canal du Midi (classified in the UNESCO world heritage) etc. The City of Carcassonne, classified in the UNESCO world heritage is situated in approximately 15 minutes on foot. A small tourist train or shuttles will also allow you to go to the Medieval City. Carcassonne is also situated in approximately 50 km of the sea (45 minutes), 130 km of the mountain (1:30 am), 200 km from Andorra (2 hours), 100 km from Toulouse (45 minutes), 120 km from Montpelier (1 hour). Nous sommes un couple de 33 (Nina) et 34 ans (Laurent)avec une petite fille très calme de 3 ans (Jade). Nous aimons beaucoup voyager. Nous travaillons tous les deux. Nous avons conclus 6 échanges de maison en 2010. Nous souhaiterions partir dans les cyclades, à Londres, Lisbonne, Rome, Barcelone, Stockolm, les îles Baléares et nous sommes ensuite ouvert à toutes les propositions. We are a couple of 33 (Nina) and 34 years (Laurent) with a 3 years old girl (Jade). We like very much travelling. Jade is a very quiet and respectful little girl. We work both : Nina is an engineer and Laurent is a technician in the electricity. We have conclued 7 exchange of house in 2010/2011. We would like to go in Kyklades, to Lisbonne, Stockolm, Londres, Barcelone, Roma, les îles baléares for a long week-end or more. We are open for all propositions and we are flexible.
