Our apartment is part of one of the nicest residences in Nice and decorated in contemporary style. We have three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third one with a children-bed (other baby material including a crib, toys etc is also available) and a large living room with dining area, TV and cable TV, WiFi internet. The living room opens to a large terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea with a 180° view from St Jean Cap Ferrat to Antibes. The apartment is bright, situated on the third floor of modern residence on a hill close to the city centre. Car exchange is optional as well as our 2 scooters - we also have underground parking space should you wish to come by car.

Our neighborhood
We live in quiet neighborhood of Nice, approximately 500m from the beach. Nice is one of the larger cities of the Cote d'Azur and offers the best starting point to visit the Cote d'Azur and Provence being in the middle between Cannes and Monaco and close to Italy and the Alps. Our apartment is located on a small hill offering great sea views. There are a number of supermarkets and local farmer markets close by as well as all other type of shops. Something about ourselves
We are Stephanie (French) and Alexander (Austrian), a married couple with 2 boys, 4 and 1 years old who enjoy traveling as much as we do. Alexander works in telecoms and Stephanie in a marketing agency. We both love traveling and have been to North and South America, the Caribbean, Australia, some parts of Asia and many parts of Europe before. We would be very happy to meet you and share our experience regarding the Cote d'Azur's restaurants, shopping, walks and trips further away. We are particularly looking for exchanges of 1 to 3 weeks in Europe in July/August, but are open to other ideas. We are also interested in weekend exchanges during the year. Please don't hesitate to email us with ideas. Families with small children are particularly welcome - we have all the stuff you usually need to carry around!
