Description of our house

Our apartment is 2 bedrooms (65 sq. m.)in a gated complex which is 10 minutes drive to the centre of Nice. It is on the top (3rd) floor with a lift. We are in a small complex with a lovely swimming pool with spacious sun terraces and extensive gardens. There are one double and one single bedrooms and living room/kitchen/dining area. There are 2 comfortable sofa beds in the living room with tv, dvd and stereo. There is a shower room and separate WC. Our apartment has a panoramic view of Baie des Anges, Cap Ferrat and the mountains. It is not overlooked. There are terraces off the living room and both bedrooms. You can relax in the shade or sun depending on which terrace you choose. There is a locked garage in the basement.

The apartment is situated in the residential area of Fabron with a good bus service to Nice. It is ten minutes drive to the airport an a similar distance to the centre of Nice. It is near a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bar and restaurants. It is a great location for exploring the French Riviera and the Alpes Maritime. The apartment is a one hour drive to Italy. We are a married couple resident in Ireland with two adult children who will not be travelling with us. We are both professionals (architect and lawyer) and enjoy travelling. We did a home exchange last Summer which worked out very well. We would like to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can help with their stay in Nice which is our second home.
