Our house is built in a modern style, with a lot of light, our house faces south, with a plate glass window. Our living roon is quite big (50m²), very shining. The house is new. We have a big garden with different "levels", with a lot of trees. The view is a sea view on the right (with Cannes, Nice) and on mountains at our left. The terrasse is quite big (60m²), faces south, we can take the lunch on the terrasse even during winter (when it's sunny of course!). The house has 6 bedrooms, we have 3 bathrooms. Peille is a medieval village, at 30 minutes from Nice and Monaco, but we have all the quietness of the country.The swimming pool is new, with a very nice view on mountains and nobody around!
Notre maison est d'un style moderne, très éclairée, nous avons une exposition plein sud, avec une grande baie vitrée. Notre séjour est grand (50 m²), très aérée, très lumineux. L'ensemble est neuf. Nous avons un très grand jardin (2800 m²) en restanques, avec des oliviers et arbres fruitiers. La vue de la maison est une vue mer (sur la baie de Cannes, Nice) et sur les montagnes (avoisinantes, Alpes du Sud). La terrasse est très grande(60m²), plein sud, avec un accès direct au séjour, nous prenons souvent le déjeuner sur la terrasse même l'hiver.
La maison comporte 6 chambres (3 avec lits doubles, et 3 avec lit simples), nous avons 2 salles de bain. La piscine vient d'être refaite, elle a une très jolie vue sur la montagne avec aucun voisins, ni vis à vis.
Peille, est un charmant village médiéval du Sud dela France, situé à 30 minutes de Monaco, et de Nice, mais notre maison bénéficie d'un très grand calme, sans vis à vis. We are a couple with 2 children, and an au-pair(who will not come with us during the exchange). Camille is 5, Tom is 1. Marie-Hélène is working at Monaco in a bank. Joel has his company, he is working at home, but is often away for the business. We love travelling, it is maybe different with children but still very interesting. We love skiing, and discover different places. We are looking for a place to ski first, we can do an exchange non simutaneous, we are flexible regarding the dates. And for summer, we would prefer a destination with a beach house... but still open for all destinations!
