Our villa is about 300 M2 with 3 large rooms (2 with double beds 200x200 and 1 with 2 single beds) ; 3 bathrooms (3 showers and one bath tub) one large lounge ; 5 people can eat in the kitchen ; the swimming pool is 10 x 5 meters and the sun is on it between 10AM and 9PM in the summer. We have got a garden with grass and flowers ; with deck- airs around the swimming pool !
We have the chance to have lovely english neighbors who are ready to welcome you and to show you the house as they did the 2 last summers.
It will be very nice if you can take care of our small cat (Reglisse) and of our turtles (in the garden) ; She is a nice and independant pet ; she has her two cats doors to come in and out the house ; if you can give her food and drink, it will be wonderful. If you leave home for a few days, it's not a problem : our neighbors are OK to take care of our cat. Mandelieu ( http://www.ot-mandelieu.fr is a small city in the heart of the Riviera ; just near Cannes and at 30 km from Nice (2nd French airport). The beach is 5 minutes from our house
A car is essential (we can exchange a monospace with 6 places).
+++ Even if swimming pool has an alarm, there is no barrier around it and I thinck it is not safe enough if you have small children who don't know swim ; I will not accept an exchange with these case ; thank you for understanding +++

Sea and beach are at 10 min with car ; boat or jet ski renting, diving
Mountain : Alpes are at 1h30 by car (Mercantour Park)
Hiking : Esterel massif is in front of from the house (see pictures)
Restaurants : all from Mc Do to gastronomic restaurant (Oasis = **)
Museum : Antibes, Nice or Monaco are close
Gallery : Cannes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, Monaco
Music : Festivals every sommer (Cannes, Antibes, Juan les Pins...)
Fashion victim : Antibes street and the croisette : 20 min with car (all major brand are in these 2 streets)
