Our home has been completely renewed in 2005 and its concept is to enjoy living in and out.
Inside, it is divided into 2 floors:
- upstairs, you will find 1 master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (2 sleeps), 1 guest bedroom (2 sleeps), and 2 smaller kids bedrooms (1 sleep each) with attenant bathroom.
- downstairs is another guest bedroom (2 sleeps) with attenant bathroom. A large living room (50 m2) is widely open to the valley view, with large sofas, dining table, fireplace and reading corner. A fully equiped kitchen is attenant to the living room.
Outside:
The house is surrounded by terraces that enable you to immediately get outside from any part of the living room and enjoy sunny hours, looking at the swimming pool just few steps down there. There is a covered terrace, with cooking facilities to prepare and have lunch under a refreshing shadow if necessary. Swimming pool (9*4m) is available with a large deck with a shadow sail to provide comfort for an a restful sleep or reading time.
You will also benefit from a large (2000 m2) garden full of mediterranean species (orange, lemon, olive trees), with tennis table available.
Hifi, TV, PC & Internet Wifi will of course be available to our guests.

ldeally located in the countryside between the mediterranean seashore and the first Southern Alps mountains, our place can be enjoyed as a restful place to spend time with your family and relax but also a starting point to different places to visit and activities.
It is located 30 km from Nice International airport with direct flights to main cities and many connections a day to Paris (you can easily jump to Paris for a day or 2 during your stay)
From our place you can :
- visit famous French Riviera cities on the seashore : Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco. All these places will offer museum and cultural activities.
- visit smaller typical provencal villages : St-Paul de Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup, Eze, ...
- enjoy the seashore : Cannes islands, Antibes Cape,...
- hike in the mountain : from home, 1000+ meters mountains waiting for you to climb and enjoy the view to the sea.
This is availiable in a 30 km radius from home.
Our car could be available (depending on your driving ability in Europe) helping you to discover these places. For those who would like to explore further, you could drive to :
- Mercantour National park, 2 hours from home, ideal for hiking with some 3000 m heigth summits
- Var department : St-Tropez (2 hours) , and other recommended seashores and islands

We are Laury (39) and Rodolphe (40), a married couple with 2 daughters Eva & Romane (9). We are both professionals (Biology scientist and IT manager), enjoying travelling and discovering new places and cultures. We did 2 home exchanges these last 2 summers and wish to continue this experience.
We are now happy to share it with people that we are sure they will enjoy the place and respect it as we will respect their place.
Open to any place that could be suitable to a family, we may travel with family friends, reasons why we are looking for accommodating 8 people.
