Description of our house

Our 2nd home wtih floor area of 80m2, built in summer 2008 is very comfortable and clean. It has a modern open kitchen. There is total floor of 100m2 balcony and terrasse with one bathtub outside. It offers a nice view of the mountains. We have two beds rooms, one with a 160cm large bed and the other with 140cm. Maximum occupancy 4. There is an iPod Speaker with radio and not stereo/hifi. 30 minutes from Nice International Airport.

We are Bertrand and PeuJia, a married couple, of Swiss nationality, living in Switzerland. Bertrand, 62 years old, is an Associate in a Private Bank and PeuJia, 50, is studing Interior Architecture. Both enjoy travelling and escaping for week-ends and holidays; we like playing golf amongst other outdoor activities. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via e-mail first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Mandelieu.
