★★★★★ This a old house (about one century). Totally renovated with all the modern comfort. Fully decorated with fine Arts and fine items. Good technology inside, high speed Internet Wifi everywhere, sound system everywhere and garden too, Adsl TV numeric national and international (hundreds programs). Unlimited and free worldwide phone land line (80 countries, for US and UK this include mobiles phones too). A very good kitchen opened on a large living room (100m²~1080ft²) and on a wooden deck, with all the necessary modern technology. We like to cook for family and friends. This is a Townhouse but with a garden ! On a small and calm little hill on the middle of the city center AND close to the beach like a real holiday house !. ★★★★★ We have up to 5 parkings and we can include one car in a optional package and we need a car too !!!. ★★★★★ other option: at about 75 minutes we can propose our second home in the best ski resort around, named Auron, with all the comfort: same spirit as in town: Large number of digital TV programs, Internet Wifi everywhere and free international phone. Ideally located in the center of the village, very calm and a beautiful view. Of course in summer no ski but hiking in the national park all around. Our neighborhood
★★★★★ We are in Nice, the French Riviera capital. Nice is the fifth largest town in France, 500 000 peoples. Nice is Nice ;-) Its the main French Riviera town, with the second largest airport in France, because our area is really famous for European tourism. We are at about 1 mile from the beach and 15 minutes only from Airport. Between Cannes (Cannes film festival in May) and Monte-Carlo famous for the Princess Grace. This is maybe the best part of Europe and Paris can be reach with a shuttle every hours (90mn). We are very close from Italian border too, may be 40 mn with the highway from door to door. The weather is very nice all the year, and in summer it's really hot and allow you to enjoy the mountains around (one hour by car). The main industry here is the tourism and it's very good and relax to spend one month or more around. You won't be able to see all, changing your program everyday and you will wish to come again !!!. Arriving in your home you will have a book with all the good places to visit, where to go out and eat. Of course, there a huge choices for shopping, about 70 museums (Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Renoir, Miro and much much more famous artists loved to stay there one part of their life and leave a part of their Art production in wonderful Museums). At about 5 minutes a movies theater with original English sound. Of course a lot of fine restaurants, French food is rather appreciate by travelers and locals. ★★ύ Something about ourselves
★★★★★ We are a family of 5 peoples, my wife and I are engineers. We are running our own companies and we have 3 kind girls aged of 22, 19 and 14. The 2 older are in 2 famous engineering schools outside our region, the youngest one is doing well in a local High School. The 3 are speaking a rather good English. We love travel worldwide and it's the first time we try to swap our house. Very exciting !!!. We would like to find the same kind of quality house.
