This new villa located near Cap Ferrat has a spectacular view of the sea, overlooking the village of Beaulieu. And has been furnished with top quality appliances and Italian modern and classic decor. The beautiful enclosed garden has many trees, including olive, palm and cypress. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The villa is situated in the middle of the garden, so, completely without traffic noise.

We are a French- American couple- Our sons and grandchildren live in LA and NY- We built Villa Margarita 4 years ago and our house is right next door. We live most of the time in Beaulieu and also have an apartment in Paris. We travel to the US often. Jean-Pierre is in the hospitality industry and Suzy paints and gardens.
