J'habite dans un joli petit 2 pieces avec cuisine americaine, chambre séparée et une trés belle salle de bain avec une grande baignoire et les toilettes séparés il est trés bien équipé c'est un cocon on se sent tout de suite chez soit. L'appartement est très bien situé, même pour les petits marcheurs tout est à moins de 15mins à pieds (port, vieux Nice, plage, promenade des anglais, centre ville) et puis il est à 200m d'une station de tramway et moins de 50m d'une station de vélo....quartier typiquement niçois avec commerces, restaurants, musées, boites de nuit.
