Beautiful villa totally renewed in 2005 in Provence style. Totally equiped to leave inside and outside. We have an aquario with some fishes. We have bicycles, rollers, Basket, pingpong, canoe, scuba, tennis rackets... We want to exchange also our 2007's car (Ford S-Max) with 7 seats and a GPS with Europe! We usually have during summer herbs, tomatoes, strawberries and raspberries ! Nice to start and finish your BBQ party !

We leave in Roquebrune Cap Martin, just between Menton and Monte-Carlo and the Italian Riviera we can see from our terrace. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Also cicadas and frogs ! The old village can be reached in 10 minutes without car, with the XIth c. castle. With the car you can go within 5 minutes to the beach, shopping, rail station, pool, MonteCarlo is the next city (8 km or 15 minutes). The Airport is Nice - 30 km. Very close to our house, you can visit the Mercantour National Park: http://www.mercantour.eu No snow in summer but some beautiful animals and mountains and some nice trips. We can help you to find some nice places depending of the interest you need: museums, disco, old villages and castles, nice markets, shopping, restaurants, Italy is very close, Marseille and the Provence... You can plan some days to visit Florence, Pise, Milan, Venice? Genoa is 2 hours from our home. Something about ourselves

We are a 5 people family, 2 adults + 2 teenagers (18 + 16) and 1 baby. I manage a small company in the same city with 25 employees. We already exchanged in 2004/2006/2007/2008/2009. We love exchange and we consider exchanging as receiving very good friends and leave for some weeks as you can do in your area !
