The apartment is situated on a small hillside along the Mediterranean and has a beautiful view over the sea and the mountains. The apartment is newly renovated and consists of 1 master bedroom with bathroom en suite and separate toilet, 1 small room with bunkbed for kids and a large dining/livingroom with an open kitchen. The master bedroom has access to the private garden where you can enjoy the morning sun. From the livingroom and the kitchen you have access to the balcony turning south-west, here you will enjoy the beautiful view on the sea and the evening sunset.

The well protected residential complex offers a private swimming pool, a small park area (where you may also play e.g. football) and a private parking place. The residence is well-protected and sealed off by an iron gate. It is located only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and it is close to public transportation. You may wish to rent a car as the road leading to apartment is steep! Something about ourselves

I am a Danish father (midt forties) with two wonderful teenagers; a young man of 16 and a big girl of 13 years old (educated, well behaved) We love travelling, culture, listening to classical music and jazz and all kinds of summer and winter sports activities, especially golf and skiing.
