Very charming small rowhouse in the cottage area of Mandelieu./CANNES. Located 5 min to the beach and 2 min to the 3 nearby Golfcourses.(by car) To Cannes it is 5 min. by car and to the Esterel mountains. 40 km to airport nice. Groundfloor we have the kitchen, open to the livingroom with the fireplace, diningroom, 30m2 terrace, small garden with sauna and small jacuzzi. Upper floor there is the bathroom with a seperate toilet, 2 bedrooms one with terrace, under the roof there are 3 sleeping places for kids, height only 1,40m reached by a ladder. There is a drive way for one car. It is a very quite area with a lot of blind alleys.
