Listening to music, reading litterature and philosophy (more than 2000 books) in a non standard logic flat. Minimalist furniture, decorating the entrance, living room and the bedroom, created by Raul, our friend and architect, and antic pieces from Japan and Chine are spontaneously in harmony with "LC2 and LC4" Le Corbusier furniture dedicated to balance the yin and yang equilibrium in the double living room where an high end equipment let you enjoy opera, classic and traditional music. The kitchen as all rooms is connected to the terrasse where you can organize dinner and lunch for 4,5 people with a sea and trees view. Two bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower complete our 100 sm flat. One private big swimming pool is available from Mai until September in our residence

Our neighborhood
Our flat is located in Cannes in the heart of the famous French Riviera, called "La Côte d'Azur" world known for its tourist attractiveness, its very mild climate and beaches (15 minutes from home by foot, 5 by direct bus in front of residency and 5 by car). It is less than 1 km north of the Mediterranean sea and to the Palais des festivals (international film festival), in the heart of a wild flowered and quiet surroundings, 25 km from Nice (international airport), 50 km from Monaco, and 60 km from Italy. It takes 12 minutes by foot from our home to the harbour and the covered market place LE MARCHE DE FORVILLE well known for its local products. Something about ourselves
Our family is composed of - Marie-Alexis very well behaved girl 13 years old - Françoise French teacher specialised for foreign - Giampiero International marketing architect in a group leader in automation - Billy our young cat doesn't like travelling and prefers to stay in our terrace to enjoy the sun and listening to birds. We recommend it to your attention. It needs to be fed twice a day with appropriate food which of course will provide you with and have its sand box changed every day .
