The apartment has 1 bedroom (ca 15 sqm) with a double bed, BR window on the terrace and 1 living room (ca 15 sqm) with a sofa, desk, TV, armchair, big window on the same terrace. It has a separate, well equipped (appliances) kitchen with table and chairs (dining area). Flat screen TV, cable, unlimited internet, unlimited free phone to a lot of destinations abroad. The terrace has a view on the Hotel Negresco, it's facing South and the sea. The apartment is very clear and airy. It is not luxury but it is functional and comfortable for a single person or a couple. It's on the 6th floor with elevator. Serious, careful and clean people only.

The apartment is very well situated in the city center of Nice, in the Hotel Negresco area, by the seaside, close to shops, department stores, specialized stores, mall, restaurants, coffee shops, one of the best movie theaters of Nice (Theater Rialto showing movies in English) etc. It's 3 min walk to the beach (Promenade des Anglais), 15 min walk to picturesque old city of Nice, 15 min walk to the main train station from where you can go to nice little picturesque very famous towns in the area (Antibes, Cannes, St-Tropez and a lot more, including Italy). It's also half an hour drive to the Italian border, one-hour drive to ski-resorts in the Alps. Something about ourselves
