We live in a lovely 5 bedrooms family house 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre.
The house is modern yet furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern furniture.
The house comprises of 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite)and 1 single bedroom as well as a nursery on the first floor.
From the bedrooms, you can see great panoramic views over the town.
The kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor and is fully equiped and great for entertaining.
A conservatory extends the area to the rear garden and is the main feature of the property.
The house benefits from a pantry, a downstairs toilets and a study with a futon which can also be used as a double bedroom.
There up to 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

We are located close to the centre Leamington spa yet far enough away to have peace and quiet and a safe environment for the children.
The house is ideal for those who are seeking a nice holiday in a comfortable and children friendly house.
No car engines can be heard from the house only the sound of the birds singing. If you are lucky you might even spot the sight of a fox or hear the noise of a wood pecker in the trees nearby.
The golf course, the swimming pool and the extended parks are within a short walk from the house.
Leamington Spa is a great cosmopolit town which boasts an array of boutiques, coffee shops, bars and pubs.
By train, we are 30 minutes from Shakespear's home of Stratford upon Avon as well as Oxford and the UK's second largest city, Birmingham.
Central London is a little over an hour away.
Local Attractions inc. Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon, The Cotswolds, Cadbury World Chocolate Factory. We are located close to the centre Leamington spa yet far enough away to have peace and quiet and a safe environment for the children.

Myself who teaches French from home, my husband who works in Finance, our son Gabriel who is 6 years old and our daughter Camille who is 3.
We also own 2 cats who wander off most of the time. All you will need to do would be checking there is always plenty of dry food and water for them in the utility room.
We are well travelled family who enjoy very much visiting new countries and getting to know new cultures.
We have done 7 house exchanges so far, which we all enjoyed very much and we would like to renew the experience again and carry on doing so in the years to come. We are a family of 4.
